Pros

Access to many members that are potential clients. Equipment is good enough for training 'normal' people.

Cons

Rent is too expensive £550/month, no support for self-employed PTs though you still have to pay the licence fee (£240/yr) and wear the uniform just like their employed individuals who get paid £450 and pay the same £550 in rent.

Pros

The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

Cons

Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
