      Staff turn over for FC's to fast leaving you with no staff No autonomy, just 100's of checklist which you have to complete and take photos to prove you have done it Change of hours with no notice, from 7-3 on Fridays to 10-6

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
