Pros

Pure Financial is an amazing company to work for. Pure Financial was created to provide our clients unbasis and holistic financial planning. There are not many firms out there that provide this level of financial planning. It is great to work for a company where I feel I am part of a team and my ideas are heard. As a growing company there is a tremendous amount of opportunity at Pure. The President has been instrumental in my growth at the company and being my mentor. He has the biggest heart for all of the employees. He has given his heart and soul to the company. As a mentor, he always see the best in his employees and has them see for themselves what is possible by continually motivating them to fulfill on their full potential.

Pros

One thing I like about this job is how much it expands my understanding of personal finance and long-term planning. Different financial topics every week. Opportunities to continue learning. The experience helps me become more knowledgeable in ways that benefit both my career and personal life.

Cons

Financial regulations occasionally change and require adapting to new requirements.

Pros

I work with clients on retirement planning, investment strategies, and holistic financial guidance — the fee-only model means you're on the client's side rather than pushing products. The training and onboarding gave me a proper start. The team is supportive, and the office never feels like a pressure-cooker. The pay is good, and there's also bonus potential.

Cons

Periods of market volatility make clients nervous, so they need extra attention and more follow-ups.
