If you don’t mind being undermined and under appreciated but on a good salary then this business could be right for you. There is very much a JFDI vibe from the highest level so, it’s extremely difficult to make a difference within this company. Whether you are a specialist or generalist with ample skills and experience within the sector, if the founder doesn’t like you or agree with your ideas, you won’t be achieving much and you’ll find it very challenging to just do the day job. What was once a growing, happy, exciting environment is now a sinking ship that tens of talented people are diving off of.
