disappointing - Anonymous employee Pure Data Centres Group Employee Review

Thanks for taking the time to post a review. We’re disappointed to read your comments as that’s not how we aim to do business. We have worked hard over the last 12 months to break down silo working by getting teams together more often and enabling communication and sharing of ideas. We encourage every employee to drive this with us as one of our recently launched strategic pillars is all about ‘Team Pure’. In addition, we updated our performance review process and aligned it more closely to external best practice. We know that there is still work to do here and will continue to enhance the way we do this over the coming years. We have also recently introduced a news feature on our intranet where we introduce new starters so that they have the opportunity to talk about who they are and what they’ll be doing.
