Home time, other than that none whatsoever

They make all kinds of promises around training that don’t materialise then wonder why you have no enthusiasm. “I know you haven’t been trained but...” They change the job description on the daily without warning so between interviewing and starting the role your in is not as was stated. They neglect to mention that at interview stage.. Lacked seriousness as a law firm and the clients they claim to represent. Lack of training meant incorrect information being given to client on the regular. They make promises around being able to move around the business but that just isn’t the case because they are saving the jobs for the “training academy”. Awful HR department who run you around in circles giving contradictory information if you even get a reply and don’t expect it to speedy..th y got my final wage wrong which took weeks to “rectify” (still incorrect at time of writing). They don’t even know their own contract which very clearly states one months notice even during probabtion but they think it’s a week. What kind of law firm don’t know their OWN contract? If your good with having no personality and being a yes sir no sir three bags full sir kind of person you’ll do great. Failing that it will be psychological torture! The entire experience has been poor from start to finish. I genuinely couldn’t recommend a work place any less than Pure. 5 people that I know of have walked out in 8 weeks... The positive reviews have blatantly been written by HR-during my time here I never met a single person that had anything positive to say about the company-it was all negative...
