      Pros

      Time off is generous. Higher Ed typically has an open culture. The areas amenities are good for a not huge metropolis.

      Cons

      There's a lot of flux when leadership changes and it's drawn out and rough. Salary and benefits aren't what the private sector gets.

      Location is inconvenient. Not much going on besides the university.
