Low cost of living; good working conditions; smart and active people around; not too bad salary; #2 best aerospace department (high ranking engineering programs)
Cons
Relatively low pay; too cold weather; not much to do around as compared to city areas; certain benefits maybe lesser than other places around; certain marxist professors and students from liberal arts create ruckus and spread propaganda on political stuff (really hate that)
