Pros
It's great to work at Purdue because it's a premier research institution. The faculty, staff, and students are working to make life better for everyone.
Cons
It's so big that you have to really work at it to be noticed, and sometimes it seems like there isn't a lot of management going on, just everybody doing their own thing.
