Very productive faculty, well focused. Cheap location to live, top notch research facilities. Rapidly blooming In engineering reputation and prestige.
Cons
Somewhat small town requires getting used to. Unpleasant winters, though typical for Midwest. Can be a very competitive environment depending on research group.
