      Pros

      Amazing staff, many useful resources, good experience. The grad students are very helpful and worked on the project with me.

      Cons

      The compensation was not as satisfactory as I had imagined. I did not receive hourly pay, instead I received a scholarship of minimal amount at the end of the semester.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, pension plan is available. Work for an excellent employer in higher education.

      Cons

      Some departments have lowpay rates. Nepotism is practiced and it’s not clear if this is allowed per university policy.
