Pros
Variety of AP positions available at the university. The atmosphere of working on a college campus is amazing. The students bring a vibrancy to the work place. Reduced tuition for classes. Most faculty are outstanding individuals. Intercollegiate athletics is great.
Cons
As with many government funded institutions, belt-tightening is taking place. Some (not most) faculty can be difficult to work with. Fees for parking on campus.
