Pros
Great place to learn from some of the best professors in the country. Outstanding research facilities, high level of national recognition, overall a great place to do graduate work.
Cons
Collaboration between research groups (including the sharing of facilities) could be better. Work environments vary widely depending on your advisor. Some groups have a very laid back atmosphere, while some have a strict schedule and responsibilities.
