      Teaching a lab looks great on a resume You get tuition reimbursement plus a small stipend The more classes you teach, the more you make This is a great way to get to know your supervising professor The staff and faculty are very helpful

      The lab equipment and procedures need updating The stipend is small Students in upper level labs do not know basic techniques
