      Pros

      You live in a reasonably affordable city, but not as it was a few years ago. You get access to a very good recreational center. It depends on which course you teach if you're teaching the full 20 hours, or less.

      Cons

      You pay some fees, especially as an international student.

      Pros

      The benefits are fine, but not amazing. There are lots of nice aspects to working on campus. I like the library access.

      Cons

      Pay is not that great and there is the weird effect of state politics on operations.
