No or extremely low change for career development, bad regional management, huge distance from company's top management because of lot of layers of inbox (regional, subregional and cluster) managers, employees are treated differently depending on being sexually close or relatives to N+1 managers, no equal change to see Puratos Magic, employees are not able to experience the company's values because of different regional management styles, no continuous educations for some countries while preferring others, no yearly HR reviews even on GMs, lower salaries than competition, and treating people like numbers, huge differences in bonuses between same positions but different N+1 managers even with worse results
