      Pros

      Have seen the company evolve over 15 years. Was a great learning and innovating organization. It was growing at a great pace, while being a good mix between centralized and decentralized

      Cons

      Has become a very centralized organization , controlled out of Belgium. Focused on profit and not at all on people. Lack of diversity, means opportunities are reserved for Belgians / Europeans only. Bordering on racist. Hence there is no incentive for growth. Poor senior management and lots of politics, esp leaders like PDR.

      People genuinely care about each other, strong focus on employee health and wellbeing. Transparent pay practices, genuine desire to empower employees and help people grow in their careers

      Some business processes are underdeveloped or overly complex. Outdated policies like no-rehire or recruiting from competitors

      Good Salary and good benefits

      Cons

      Main reason for leaving was management was extremely difficult to work for. Micro-managing, unsupportive, and could be very mean. Instant anxiety and dread wake up to go to work every morning.
