Pros
Nice colleagues, good enviroment and high quality products which make us proud to work there. It is a fast growing company and there is good opportunities to work in other countries. In HQ there is a lot of different nationalities opening the mind for a globalization in the culture of the company.
Cons
HR policy is different even for same level management even in the same country, with different benefits. It is not clear and it is more personal than a professional decision. It is an R&D driven company and part of the managent is not prepared to deal with people. Commitment and technicall skills sometimes does not result in a good manager, mainly those who manage staffs with senior level people.
