Pros

Some good people through out the company. Dedicated employees that would do it all to please the customers. Care for the safety of some .

Cons

Too many good employees leaving because they keep the worst employees who spent more time lying to HR,then doing there jobs, who spends more time being a total hypocrite,then concentrating on themselves. It's sad when the National Customers Service Manager is afraid of them, and caters too their wimps. It's sad that HR documents, and won't fired them because position is hard to fill.

Good Salary and good benefits

Cons

Main reason for leaving was management was extremely difficult to work for. Micro-managing, unsupportive, and could be very mean. Instant anxiety and dread wake up to go to work every morning.
