      Pros

      I worked there for a month. The CTO is awesome, I never met the CEO that everyone complains about. The company mainly run by 2 brothers - one of them is ok and the other is a jerk. He said inappropriate things to me in front of everyone and I was told 'that's just his sense of humor'. The run ConnectWise and micromanage you for every second of your day. Most of their staff is very nice

      Cons

      - When I was working there - of the team of 6 (ish) only 3 (me and the two brothers) had any strong technical understanding. - They do have a nice office space, but they rent it out to another company and it's very weird.

      Pros

      Social group, easy to get along with. Good environment for people that want a fast pace with multiple changing priorities. Not a place for a methodical problem solver, you need to be able to think fast and be confident you have the right answer. An entrepreneurial mind set would fit in fairly well.

      Cons

      Expectations weren't always clearly defined. Not enough feed back, especially when things aren't going well.
