      Pros

      They really care about their employees. They are very knowledgeable and stay current with the latest digital marketing products. PDD is growing rapidly. Great people to work with. Pros at selling digital and coming up with strategy.

      Cons

      Everyone works virtually which makes it hard to communicate or learn new things. You work from home but work a lot of hours

      Creative and exciting environment and great work is done there

      Like all arts organisations never as many resources as you would like but far better than other places I’ve worked

      Pros

      Interesting show with a unique working environment.

      Cons

      Awful leadership and poor maintenance of offices and shared workspaces. Very negative environment to work in that takes little to no care of interns that they rely very heavily on.
