Beautiful place. Members are fun. You get to be outdoors depending on your department. Golf perks. Good tips.
Cons
LONG hours. Sometimes 12-15 hours in a day. Can start to feel overworked. No breaks. Nothing that's important to fix gets fixed like new beverage carts, and snack shop upgrades. Unorganized planning between departments for events. Current F&B director is toxic and gaslights his employees. Makes up false excuses to fire you.
