      Easy to get in the company.

      Cons

      You can't breathe by your own will. Everything will have to be told to the management and the motivation to do things that can't be done is endless, repeatative and mundane.

      Pros

      * No goals- you don't have to be goal-oriented just lick the boots and you will go on top. * No talent required- You need to have no talent except one thing you just be good in gossip. * Rewards- If you are good at the above mentioned qualities you will get promotion and rewards.

      Cons

      Not any- The structure is so perfectly built you just not need any talent to be here (except the above-mentioned bootlicking and gossiping). If you have any talent(passionate, hardworking, punctual, etc) and you are thinking of growing on that basis sorry this company is not for you.

      I love the way how they treat with their employees! I never ever seen this type of attitude of any company.

      They are very strict to their office timmings
