Pros

The industry can be exciting and upbeat, that gives you a sense of thrill. Its fast, its radical and it feeds your inner night of "winning" and dominating others.

Cons

The company really does not care about their staff. They are just a necessary tool to get profit. Only the top 3 or 4 managers have a say, everyone else is a puppet. People get hired and fired without any warning or reasoning. Recently they just decided to fire or relocate people across the globe to cheaper locations, even if they had kids in school etc. The HR Team is a joke. They are so scared of being fired themselves, that they just execute orders, fire people and allow them to be treated like slaves. They neither have the skill nor the willingness to support people. Employees get yelled at, ridiculed and psychologically tortured. The work life balance is insane. You are expected to work late hours and weekends, travel on weekends etc. Without a word of recognition or positive feedbacks. And as a tip: read the "positive" comments here on Glasdoor. They are so obviously fake that it will make you smile. The wording and arguments are clearly written by their marketing team. Speak to anyone working there in private... the´ll confirm.
