no pros for the company, CEO And all the manager and TL are fraud, they are doing fraud in the name of conference and after if the conference getting cancel the participants never get the refund , and the registration price for conference more than $800
Cons
1. Salary will get on after 10th of the month, if you get the salary before 5th you get the salary, its a miracle 2. you will never get paid leave if you met with serious accident, in the name of increase of salary they will give the penny and they will take it out from your salary by saying lack of productivity 3. they will not provide you PF any thing and after joining the company you will feel like a you are in hell
