      Pros

      Brilliant culture. The senior management team are very approachable and work together to find solutions. Everyone is really friendly and the variety of workload is great. Pulsion are always looking to introduce new technologies and each project we learn something new. Staff get time out to train and develop skills which is funded by the company too. The MD takes an active role in projects and has a passion for technology.

      Pros

      Very nice people to work with. The CEO of the company is very friendly and overal the company is making a good effort to listen to employees feedback. There is a lot of socializing going on. Flexible hours. 33 days holiday, where you are not forced to get holiday days for public holidays, but work and save those days instead.

      Cons

      Problem with selected people knowing certain projects and not having time to introduce others to it. No year bonuses, unless the company has done well for the past financial year.
