Remote Flexible Good team Interesting project

In QA team, if you contractor they we not give you access for some platforms Also it is hard to be involved to project because my manager told me do not attend to meetings

- Working on big sports clients - Some great people (though many have left) - Flexibility as long as 40 hours logged

- Low pay & 40hrs which are time tracked meaning a even lower hourly rate - Outdated business model (time and materials) of billing clients hours logged - Short termist thinking - Constant fire fighting, resources stretched from promises made at leadership level to win the business - Winning new business that can’t be resourced. Stretching employees and resulting in hiring contractors last minute - Decrease in resource quality over the last 3 years, good people have left and not been replaced - Poor Annual salary review process, where you have no input. You’re given what you’re given. - Poor performers are not dealt with, weighing others down and causing low morale from people who are picking up their slack - More and more new hires from abroad which makes being in the office as pointless as nobody is there and some miscommunications where english is not first language, slowing things down,
