Values speed over quality - 3D Artist Pulse studio Employee Review

I'm not sure that this is a legitimate review. You say you have worked with us over a year but you also say you're a current contractor that's been with us less than a year. All of our employees are full time and have been here over 2 years. While our team prides itself on being nimble (as is required in the event design world), speed over quality is not part of our company mantra. Quite the opposite really. We are a premium design service and give each client the attention they deserve regardless of budget. If you feel the artistic direction is uninspired and you are the designer coming up with the artistic direction, I am not sure where to go with that. Overtime is not required on a daily basis despite your comment. Occasionally rush projects come in and we do our best to help our clients out. We provide comp time that doesn't count against their PTO for employees that do have to work late to compensate for their efforts. Your mostly Caucasian reference concerns me. We have traditionally hired people that live close to our studio so they don't have long commutes to respect their personal lives. In a post Covid environment we are now able to hire further out from our location. That will increase the talent pool of potential employees. We are a small company that values our employees needs. That's why we pay 100% of employees health insurance premiums, offer 401k/Dental/Vision benefits as well as paid time off. If this is a legitimate previous employee, I am sorry you did not have a positive experience during your time with us.
