Too many to really list. Now that they were bought by the Harris group, Cegedim must be ecstatic that they dropped this problem child onto someone else. Over the years Cegedim took the advice of people that had no right to be in the positions they were in and were the causes of all the issues the organization has been through. What didn't help was a CEO who had no problems lying to the faces of all employees. This sale was the only reason she was brought in. What was told by corporate head office was she would improve the organisations sales and get things moving. Nope, it looks like the sale was the reason she was there. One after one employees started to either leave on their own or were shown the door. Due to the advice of the wrong people this company went down and Harris is basically holding the bag of issues that will show they overspent on what they got. It is very unfortunate that this all happened. The company had promise it is just very bad decision making by senior executives based on fear, poor information and rumors caused things to happen the way they did.
