Pros

You May Need One More Life to Find One Thing about this Company.

Allow me to lay out everything from start to end. You will be treated like a drone, who must work entirely according to the book. The following are examples of what one might expect: 1) You are not allowed to speak with teammates. 2) Mistakes are not tolerated. 3) If you forget to attach files while sending an email to a client, you're marked absent. 4) Normally, everyone receives wages for 70% of their income. The rest are considered as Emergency leave because of mistakes. 5) It seems as though people who remain at the company for two years are questionable and may not be able to find work elsewhere. 6) If you do not follow the process exactly, you are marked absent. 7) You are required to work from home on Sundays. 8) If you miss an email, you are marked absent. 9) The general feeling one gets while working at this company is that one is expected to be a robot. The owner of the company appears to be someone who does not understand human nature. I have since resigned from the company due to such problematic policies. You can know everything, just speak to anyone who has been employed there; you'll see what I'm talking about. In short, this is one of the worst companies I've ever worked with.

Pros

As their slogan says "Work hard party harder", Yes a great place to work. Friendly environment, lots of opportunities to learn new things. Energetic and young team. Decent office location, good internet connection, a surprising number of smart people around.

Cons

Fruits in the pantry are a good feature but the same people hog on them every day, a session on courtesy is in order!

Pros

none - in the title i put "the good" that was your site before Pulse touches it.

Cons

Exactly what it says - a con. "the bad" is how you have to tell them to fix a bug 3, 5, 7 or more times. "The ugly", is what happens when you think you have a working site, then customers complain, it takes you hours to figure out how and why this would occur - all to figure out it is the programming. You are out time, sales, PR, credit to make things right, and you still don't have a working site.
