Honestly I would say none.. your morale will eventually dissipate if you stay with this agency.

Lacking compassion for candidates. Iv been with previous agencies and they always placed me in very professional environments with actual reception duties.. dealing with this agency was an absolute mess.I had no choice but to give my service to an agency that actually entailed reception duties. Companies I was placed in were dingy and extreme discrimination. They were extremely frugal with their pay. For that reason I wouldnt recommend this agency. They take on the worst companies to line their own pockets and to meet their so called targets. Not to mention they side with the clients when I experienced extreme discrimination. It's not worth the hassle. I secured a permanent with a really pleasant environment and have diversity in place... They tried to get a girl called Charlotte to enquire about my sudden departure by sending me a fake email of a fake job which I didnt appreciate which confirmed my initial opinion of them. Very messy company. I am very grateful for leaving this agency because I was head hunted and recognised to be an invaluable asset to a great company which pulse refused to identify because they saw me as nothing but a bargaining chip to line their own pockets. I felt milked and exhausted during my time with them as they turned a blinde eye for sake of their own pockets. No career progression. Run while you can do not give your life to this agency. Your skills will be recognised elsewhere.
