      Coworkers are so very amazing.

      Cons

      Staffing. Scheduling. Burn out. No one cares about employee safety. Profit > patient care. Pay is low, but attempted to be disguised by call pay. Communication is terrible. There people working positions in which they are not qualified to work. Not certifications wise, but actual intellect wise

      Pros

      Plenty of overtime. Some really good partners. Middle management is attempting to make the culture better.

      Cons

      Horrifically low pay vs competitiors. Benefits are extremely minimal with poor coverage. Dispatchers are incredibly rude and drive units into the ground, despite knowing the operation is short staffed. Extremely high turnover due to better jobs out there.
