Disappointing - Anonymous employee Pulse Group (NC) Employee Review

I feel as though that management really take my career seriously and actually cares about my growth and struggles. I have received hands on training since I started and they have a great open door policy as well.

Very Competitive and challenging. If you are not ready for that then this might not be for you. However, for me this has been very rewarding.

I can't say enough about Pulse Group! I have been an athlete my entire life. After graduation was not really sure which direction I was going to take for my career. I applied to a ton of companies and went on a lot of interviews. I am so glad to have found this company. The company culture is great! Every manager shares the same drive for excellence. They don't just talk about their success. You can see it for yourself in the way they do business and carry themselves every day. They come to work with a positive attitude and encourage everyone to achieve bigger and better things. I have learned so much about business, about how to reach my goals, and how to be a better leader since working here. I never thought I would find a job with a team culture like I experienced in sports. I am so glad to have this opportunity to grow with this company and do big things!

The work can be challenging and very easy to overthink. If you are not a competitive minded individual than this company may not be for you. Favoritism is shown to those who earns it. You will not be recognized fro a job well done unless you actually perform at a high level.
