*Lots of competition between business units resulting in business losses, GP decrease and bad Pulse image in front of customers. *Room to widen the product range *Some administrative tasks take as much time as in the 80s, more administrative tasks = less customer service. Administration is supposed to support the development of the company, not the other way around.
