      Pros

      Great for unpaid internship Hours are reasonable if you are not looking to bring in a client.

      Cons

      Pay is pure incentive based if you bring a new client. Even if you do, early stage startups have no way to pay other than stock options which will not pay out until a few years. No sustainable cash flow to pay employees

      Hands-on experience on managing many great projects for the hottest start-ups in the city! Great opportunities on the client side! Cross-field learning opportunity!

      It would be good to have more advices from the supervisors.

      Pros

      it is a startup company in which you can learned a lot through the different projects. Rather than some intern in big company. They trust you on the tasks they gave you even know you have no experience on it.

      Cons

      most employees are student, so there are not much senior level employees to teach you how to to your job.
