- Good working culture, very relaxed and trusting. Everyone works hard, but we also have a good laugh. - Friendly colleagues, everyone is happy to help if needed. - Senior Management team are all friendly and approachable, which is really important! It also means you're 'known' by all - no anonymity here! - Culture of inclusivity. We're always trying to engage all the departments in our social events to make sure we work well as one big team! - Options for progression if desired. - Focus on fitting the job to the employee and their skillset and seeing what they grow into rather than putting an employee into a generic role - very forward-thinking and encourages loyalty, which is demonstrated by how long a lot of our employees have stayed with the company. - Global company, so I get to interact with different nationalities and cultures.
Cons
- None so far! Very happy to work here :) NB: I would say if you prefer big businesses where you're more anonymous and just come in to get the job done and leave, the culture might not be the best fit for you. We're like a family here.
