Pros

There are some great people in the company, including mid-level management to some VPs. Work is fulfilling and there is great opportunity to learn and grow in the role.

Cons

After a restructure in November due to a refocus by the investors, many lost their jobs. Some of the upper management reassured those remaining that their positions were safe and that the company was able to secure it's future financially for the next year. This included meetings and all hands, even with the CEO and also the COO of the company leaving to go directly to the office in Israel to explain how the company is strong. Employees were told that their jobs were secure for at least another year. They were told that now 'this is the right team' for Puls. And that's exactly what didn't happen. Within a few months around half the company was fired, again, at the worst possible time during the outbreak of the Coronavirus. And whilst it would certainly be unfair to blame the virus on the company, had the upper management been honest about it's own outlook prior (as it wasn't the coronavirus that was the cause for the company letting many people go) many would have found other jobs before the outbreak, and not be left without income at a time very few companies are recruiting.
