Friendly coworkers and a great location.

Arrogant upper management with very knowledge of the industry. People managing teams with no basic industry knowledge or expertise. Will alienate anyone unwilling to massage their egos. Even junior employees have a proud-for-no-reason attitude. Forward thinking in problem solving is non existent. If you want to remain stagnant in your career, this is the place to be.

The salary is not really competitive Employees rotation is really high, I believe mainly because of salary. So far, I've not seen a lot of growing opportunities in the company.
