      -Good people -Work activities can be fun

      Cons

      -Owners seem like they used to be club promoters so a lot of clients are Toronto clubs -They mistreat clients and cut corners all the time -Terrible management - Owners and "senior" management are a joke of an excuse for leadership. -Disengaged employees -Expect you to work a lot with little growth opportunity

      No advancement Family and brown nosers get special treatment while hard workers get rewarded with other people's work Horrible backstabbing culture Absolutely no infrastructure to support the amount of work they take on.
