Pros

Some exposure to clients and projects. Colleagues at the same level can be supportive (but most are equally stressed).

Cons

New joinees are forced to write fake 5-star reviews, which is misleading and unethical. Probation confirmations are delayed indefinitely, creating job insecurity. Salary deductions for leaves (including sick leave) during probation. Erratic leadership — work often rejected without reason, only to be reused later. No proper HR for months; critical issues were ignored. Mental health concerns brushed off, zero empathy from management. Long-serving employees put on PIP, showing lack of job security. PIPs are misused as a punishment tool rather than for genuine performance improvement. Culture is toxic, trust is missing, and employee well-being is not valued.

We categorically deny the allegation that employees are “forced” to write fake reviews. No such directive exists. Any suggestion otherwise is incorrect. Probation timelines, leave policies, and salary structures are clearly documented at the time of joining. During probation, policies are applied consistently across the organization. They are not discretionary. Performance Improvement Plans are not punishment tools. They are formal, documented processes linked to measurable performance gaps. Many employees have completed PIPs successfully and continued their tenure. it seems that you have taken a dislike to PIP after 1-2 years of service, possibly due to the inability to keep up with a performance standard. On HR support: We acknowledge that there were transition periods in HR staffing. That gap has since been addressed, Senior HR leadership is onboard, and governance structures are in place. Creative industries are demanding by nature. Feedback, revisions, and quality control are part of professional delivery. Reuse of ideas or iterations is common in client‑driven environments and does not constitute erratic leadership. We take mental health and workplace concerns seriously. Formal concerns raised through documented channels are reviewed and acted upon. Broad generalisations, however, do not reflect the experience of the wider team. We are building a performance‑driven, future‑ready organization. That direction may not align with everyone. We respect differing experiences, but we do not accept misrepresentation. We will advise you to broaden your outlook to include an understanding of industry practices and norms, this will help you understand your futur organisations expectations better.

Thank you, we appreciate your feedback. As you may have noticed, we have taken a few steps to enable faster information flow and introduced HR led debriefings to help distribute new updates or news faster and more evenly. I hope that it is a step in a positive direction.
