Pros

Flexible work schedule. Casual workplace.

Cons

In the Seattle office, six or so people have left in a 12 month period. Only 4 or so people work there so that's a very high turnover rate. And there's a reason. Pay below market rate but unreasonably high expectations for levels of experience and the low pay. Bosses are catty mean girls and the environment is so small that it really affects you. So glad I moved on.

Pros

Working at Pulp was a valuable experience. You have the opportunity to work directly with senior designers who pour so much into this business. The studio has a clear vision and a unique style that makes them stand out, so they are very supportive of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. You are forced to adapt and learn critical thinking skills that will help you within any career or future projects. Funny and positive atmosphere within employee culture.

Cons

It's very fast-paced, but as expected, because of their client loyalty and care for top-notch service. Some days were more demanding than others, which caused some longer days.

Pros

Amazing atmosphere. Super funny group of people. Very well known and well established

Cons

Small office in Dallas. Would be responsible for a lot of work instead of splitting the workload with others.
