Pros

The company put a lot of effort into social events like the Christmas parties

Cons

HR is very poor. They (she) appears to be heavily aligned with senior management rather than acting as a neutral party for employee relations.

Pros

Christmas party Lots of people join so it’s great to get to know them until they disappear. Staff discount on cafe items even though service give things away to customers

Cons

Low base salary and OTE are not achievable unless you enjoy breaking old age pensioners hearts by hard selling them service items they don’t need during a cost of living crisis. Poor systems and staff don’t do their job (updating systems), resulting in phoning deceased customers to book their car in (often distressing for the widow and frankly awkward). Having to tell people it’s company policy to sell them a timing belt, when they don’t have to get it done. Poor people but I get it’s a business and the staff need golf days and parties. Bad benefits No health insurance , no breaks unless you’re already broken , pay (pray)for your own fruit and water(unless you're CEO’s son) , most staff don’t get picked for the good benefits because all the people at the top delegate them to who they like.
