Competitive salary, Benefits and exposure to large projects. Learn by doing approach with freedom to be creative.
Cons
-Lack of construction technology (Spanish parent company too paranoid to use American vendors). -No confidence in American managers, only Spaniards hold upper management positions. -Understaffed projects. Puts a lot of pressure on employees to keep up. -HR policies don't apply to upper management - High turnover in projects and corporate office - Cost of living raises don't keep up with inflation - Very few opportunities for promotions, If you are not a Spaniard you will be overlooked.
