      Creates common ground for contempt amongst coworkers.

      Cons

      Company threatens you with training costs that are not agreed upon beforehand, tries to strong arm you into signing contracts that provide no benefits to yourself. Pay incredibly below market value, do not care about individuals, only see employees as dollar signs.

      Pros

      Good way to gain experience and get into the offshore industry and HR.

      Cons

      Management is brutal! They make promises and don't fulfill through. They expect you to work tirelessly and they don't care about you as a person. Was always stressed and overwhelmed and never appreciated. Pay is also very much under industry average. They don't pay well at all!!
