      Great people who are on the front lines. Proactive with safety.

      Cons

      Very bad senior leadership who are not around conveniently and passes the buck. Impossible and no processes in place for staff success. Very bad IT and platforms used. You're on your own sink or swim, Upper management is like high school clicks.

      Love the people, great life balance, very interesting work

      Cons

      Salaries aren't as high as in tech, where many people in the Seattle/Bellevue area work, although benefits are fantastic

      Great Work Life balance and lots of opportunity for hands on experience, VERY stable employment, no corporate drama, everyone for the most part tries to get along and play nice

      Cons

      Not a tech company so the scope of internal projects and experience needed for software engineering is limited. More focused on implementing enterprise infrastructure and SaaS services. Compensation for SWE is a bit lower than the main FAANG competitors.
