I loved being able to work with the kids each day. Good, collaborative environment.

Hour variability was sometimes difficult for BTs as parents have to cancel for sick days.

The children and families are a pleasure to work with. The ABA’s and others involved in direct care are highly dedicated to giving their best to these kids everyday.

Management does not communicate well. Often hostile, not open to input from their staff. Unorganized. Their behavior and actions do not align with their mission statement and their expectation of their employees.
