      Pros

      Starting pay well above minimum wage with frequent performance reviews and opportunity for raises. Flexible scheduling. Easy job for the money.

      Cons

      Alot of favoritism and brown-nosing. Too big a store to be noticed for your accomplishments, making it hard to move up.
