Made to feel guilty if you have family challenges that may need your undivided attention in terms to calling out. Once your a manager, they seem to put you anywhere close to your home. One time a manager was placed 57 miles, one way from home (60 miles requires relocation package). When topic is brought up to be closer to home, the response is, "you know this was part of the perks of being a manager".
