Pros

Great team of colleagues and leadership, always willing to provide mentors, increasingly testing new things and adapting to new ways of working on a proactive basis. Overall good work-life balance.

Cons

Trying and testing new things and ideas is often a positive challenge but doing a lot of this at the same time could sometimes be difficult.

Pros

Company takes pride in fostering team building and support They seem to be very open to inclusive hiring practices without becoming what the media claims DEI to be The intangible benefits (PTO, Parental Leave, etc) are very good

Cons

The company is not overly competitive in terms of salary or insurance benefits or bonus. At the end of the day, they are an advertising company and some might have moral hesitation to support some of the clients they have The organization is very large and very disjointed with all of the agencies underneath not communicating with each other very well
