      401k Match Office snacks & Free coffee bar IT (Really great here) Marcel software is cool Work life balance (Depending on Account) Health Insurance is good and pretty cheap

      Culture is really bad Incredibly understaffed teams Cutting Roles Low Pay Good reviews don't guarantee merit raises Office is like a funeral home RTO (They do layoffs every 3 months based on when you come in)

      Pros

      - 3 days in office, 2 days remote - unlimited PTO - 10 sick days - good amount of company holidays

      Cons

      - not fully remote - "unlimited" PTO, if your manager sucks, good luck getting PTO approved - low pay compared to other agencies - LONG hours, they really work you all day and past 5pm is a normal - toxic management
